1. Summary for Cutmoji: Sticker Maker users

• Cutmoji processes photos, GIFs, videos, and sticker projects locally on your device.
• Cutmoji does not upload your photos, cutouts, layers, or finished stickers to our servers.
• No account is required to use Cutmoji: Sticker Maker.
• Telemetry and third-party analytics are disabled in the current app release.
• Network access is used only for App Store purchases, purchase restoration, and opening support or legal pages.

2. Information stored on your device

When you use Cutmoji: Sticker Maker, the app saves projects, sticker packs, templates, preferences, and exported files on your iPhone or iPad using local storage (SwiftData and app sandbox files). This content remains under your control and is removed when you delete the app or erase its data.

• Imported photos, GIFs, videos, and cutout results you choose to keep
• Layer documents, sticker packs, favorites, and editable backups you create
• App settings such as theme, language, and editor preferences

3. Information we do not collect

Cutmoji: Sticker Maker does not operate a cloud photo service. We do not collect, store, or sell the content you import or create inside the app.

• Photos, Live Photos, camera captures, or files you import
• Cutout masks, edited layers, text, or sticker artwork
• Contacts, messages, or chat content from third-party apps
• Precise location data

4. Purchases and Apple services

Cutmoji Pro is sold as a one-time in-app purchase through Apple's App Store. Apple and our purchase provider (RevenueCat) process payment and entitlement information according to their own privacy policies. We do not receive your full payment card details.

You can restore purchases through the App Store account already signed in on your device.

5. Permissions on iOS

Cutmoji: Sticker Maker requests device permissions only when a feature needs them:

• Photo Library (read): to let you choose photos, Live Photos, GIFs, or videos for sticker creation on-device.
• Photo Library (write): to save finished stickers or animations you export to Photos.
• Camera: to capture a new photo for sticker creation on-device.

6. Website and support communications

This website may use basic analytics or hosting logs to keep pages available and measure traffic. If you email us at hi@codemxm.com, we receive the information you choose to send. When you use in-app feedback, Cutmoji may attach optional device diagnostics (app version, iOS version, device model) to help us troubleshoot.

7. Children's privacy

Cutmoji: Sticker Maker is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. International users

Because Cutmoji stores creative work on your device rather than on our servers, most privacy rights requests relate to support correspondence or purchase records handled by Apple. Contact us if you need help understanding how Cutmoji: Sticker Maker uses device permissions or local storage.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
