1. About Cutmoji: Sticker Maker

Cutmoji: Sticker Maker is a local sticker studio for iPhone and iPad. The App lets you import media, create cutout stickers, edit layers, build sticker packs, and export files for personal use in supported chat and sharing apps.

2. License to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Cutmoji: Sticker Maker on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store rules.

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or use Cutmoji to build a competing service.

3. No account required

Cutmoji: Sticker Maker works without creating an account. You are responsible for securing your device and any backups you create.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of photos, artwork, text, and stickers you import or create in Cutmoji: Sticker Maker. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use source material—especially photos of other people, brand logos, or copyrighted characters.

We do not claim ownership of your projects. Because editing happens on-device, we do not host or review your content.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use Cutmoji: Sticker Maker to create unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to bypass platform rules when exporting sticker packs to third-party services.
• Do not interfere with App security, purchase validation, or update mechanisms.

6. Cutmoji Pro and purchases

Cutmoji: Sticker Maker offers optional Cutmoji Pro as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Pro unlocks additional features such as unlimited projects, full templates, higher export sizes, motion tools, and batch workflows.

Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Payment is processed by Apple. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored through the App's Restore Purchases option.

Except where required by applicable law or Apple's policies, purchases are final once completed.

7. Free features and changes

Free limits—such as project count, layer count, template access, and export size—may change between App versions. We will describe current limits inside Cutmoji: Sticker Maker and on this Site.

We may add, modify, or remove features to keep the App secure and maintainable.

8. Platform export rules

Cutmoji: Sticker Maker provides export presets for services such as iMessage, WhatsApp, LINE, and WeChat. Each platform has its own upload, review, and usage rules. You are responsible for complying with those rules when sharing sticker packs outside the App.

Export presets help with sizing and format; they do not guarantee approval by any third-party platform.

9. Privacy

Your use of Cutmoji: Sticker Maker is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how the App handles device permissions, local storage, and support communications.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Cutmoji: Sticker Maker is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that cutout results will be perfect for every photo, that exports will be accepted by every chat platform, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeMXM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Cutmoji: Sticker Maker, loss of projects stored only on your device, or content you share with others.

12. Apple terms

These Terms are between you and CodeMXM, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Cutmoji: Sticker Maker or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

In the event of a failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when Cutmoji: Sticker Maker changes or when required by law. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
